Our Story

It all began with Britney’s father, Don, whose love and passion for cooking were inspired by his grandfather, whom he was named after. Growing up, Don watched him prepare meals for his congregation every Sunday—an experience that sparked a lifelong dedication to bringing people together through food.

With that inspiration, Don started the catering business right from a basement. Through determination, long hours, and an unwavering commitment to quality, the business steadily grew. In 1999, that dream became a reality with the purchase of the building they had always envisioned—a major milestone in the company’s journey.

In 2018, Britney and her husband Scott proudly took over the business, continuing the family legacy. Britney has been part of the company since she was just 10 years old, growing up immersed in the day-to-day operations and values that define it today.

She later met her husband, Scott, at State College, where he worked as a head chef at one of the top restaurants in the area. Together, they bring a shared passion for exceptional food and hospitality, blending tradition with fresh ideas to carry the business forward.

Today, the company remains rooted in family, dedication, and a love for serving others—continuing a legacy that started in a basement and grew into something truly special.
